Beaded Knitted Jewelry Workshop

Work with beads and yarn to create a beautiful Butin necklace or Cuff
bracelet
by Laura Nellkin Designs.

A striking garter stitch necklace, Butin requires only 20 yards of fingering
weight yarn and is SO EASY you can make one in a night!  Beads are
simply slipped up to form a “swag” of texture at the center of the piece.
This is knitted beaded jewelry at it’s easiest!

These Beaded Cuffs are a great way to use up your leftover lace weight
yarns and make gorgeous jewelry at the same time! The pattern includes
two different designs, a wider lace diamond cuff and a beaded twist motif.
Worked over 17 and 12 sts respectively, this is not lace that will not hurt
your brain, I promise!  You can, or course, skip the beads on this pattern
and the cuffs will still be fabulous!

Prerequisites for this class: Students Must know how to knit, purl, cast on
and cast off.

Cost is $40/person Materials included

Saturday March 10th from 10-12 Noon
